Return/Exchange

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

We will exchange or refund non sale items in the following cases only:

  • Damaged or Faulty Product
  • Wrong Product is delivered which is not as per your order
  • You have received a wrong size

The item is returned to us in the same unworn, unwashed condition with the swing tag still intact and in the clear packaging it was sent in.

Please note that any return request after 2 business days of delivery will not be entertained.

 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

To book an exchange, please send us an email at theabayatstores@gmail.com within two working days. Please attach any relevant pictures for the return reason.

Please Give us 3-5 business days to Investigate and respond accordingly.

Once they Return request has been approved, it will take a minimum of 10 working days for the product to be returned to us once we book a pickup for your return order. Your co-operation in this matter will be appreciated.

We do not accept any returns / exchange due to any colour variation. Colour variation happens due to screen brightness settings as well as your display quality.

 DO I NEED TO PAY FOR RETURNS SHIPPING?

Please note The Abaya Store will bare all shipping costs In the above mentioned cases where customer Pickups are available. For addresses where pick up services isn’t available, customer will be compensated for shipping costs up to Rs 150.

 Exchange/Refund:

Depending on the situation once the returns request is approved, we will process the refund or proceed with Exchange once we have received and assessed the returned Items.

Please allow us 14 – 21 business days depending on how busy we are to process your Refund. Refunds will be credited back via same mode of payment that was originally used.

 NOTE

If there is a scent of perfume or a mark on the item due to make-up or deodorant from trying on the item, the return will be refused and the item will be returned back to you. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the returns procedures have not been followed.

In the interest of hygiene, hijabs and under caps will only be accepted for a return if they have not been worn/tried on. Hijab magnets are non-returnable. If there are any signs of wear it will be returned back to the purchaser.
